1.11 Coupon Policies

2.0 Instructions and Product Care

Avoid bumps and falls. Keep each piece in its original packaging. Clean with a soft dry cloth. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, soaps, creams, detergents or any other chemical product. Gently remove makeup and excess oil from the skin after each use.

2.1 How to Fix a Product

Andra Jewelry repairs purchased parts if they are broken or damaged. Products that do not have a guarantee or that have already expired can be returned to be repaired along with their corresponding invoice.
