Requests for refund or exchange of items that are returned unused and in perfect condition are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice. It is necessary to present the order number and the order confirmation email. Full refunds will be processed in the same way as the original payment within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Parts customized, modified, made to order (Preorder) or purchased during discount seasons, regardless of the discount percentage, are considered as a final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted, unless such sales include products with verifiable factory defects. In which case they must be returned unused and in perfect condition for sale within 30 days from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice.

All repairs must be sent to transversal 45AA # 84-44 building San Martin apt 1303 in Andra's name, accompanied by the original purchase invoice or gift voucher. Shipping costs for items to be repaired will be charged and repairs take 15 business days.
Shipments for all Colombia are made at no additional cost from purchases of 99,900, shipments of purchases for lower amounts must be canceled counter-delivery and have a value between 10,000 and 15,000 affected by the item.
Andra Jewelry reserves the right to modify shipping costs without prior notice to its customers due to discount seasons and special activities that so warrant. The shipment of products purchased in stock (Stock) takes between 3 and 5 business days (business) in any city in Colombia. Most of these orders ship the day after they are processed, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
The shipment of products purchased in Preorder (Made to order exclusively for the customer upon explicit request) takes 4 weeks. Andra Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as Deprisa, Servírituga, or Rappi, but it is obliged to replace the lost extraction during the shipment or return the money paid for a product not delivered in the term before as long as the client requests it.
