This piece is inspired by Lorica, a town in Cordoba, Colombia. It’s known for the Sinu River, which has given the town life. Lorica also has a fascinating history. Immigrants from France, Belgium, England, and America were attracted to the region’s rich natural resources. The Syrians and Lebanese contributed to the town’s further development after they followed.
